Taxes on passive income
Welcome back to continue reading my blog on my journey towards achieving my passive income.
Today, im going to move on to the taxes on passive income. For sure, there'll be tax on any income we earn. No matter is offline payday jobs or online earning income. As long as you are debiting some real money into your bank, government will charge you tax. Well, its a win win situation to give tax, for how much you earn, you pay. Like if you make big monies, you pay more than earning a small portion of monies if you make lesser. Its make fair to everyone. Moreover, if someone don't even work, of cause, you dont even hav to pay income tax. Some governments will then use some of these monies from tax to feed elders that are over age or cannot work or no one to look after.
So when you make money online, there'll be tax on your passive income. Whenever you sign up to earn from affiliate programs or publishing ads for a particular company, they'll ask you to submit a tax form. Without submission, you'll never going to get your earned commissions at all. You'll also get to receive your commissions unless you are living a different country to those companies. Most money making companies are from United States or Canada. And if you are living from a different country like in Asia, you can exempted from the tax. The tax is only charges locally and not internationally. Therefore, all gross commissions without crediting tax will be sent to you as pay cheques or even direct to your electronic payment system.
Some companies offer various payment methods like exchanging for vouchers, donation to some charities, pay checks or direct to your electronic payment center. Paychecks are able to sent worldwide via mail. Most commonly used electronic payment center is paypal. Paypal is used widely for sending cash, receiving cash, transfer cash or direct deposit into your local bank. Most online shopping sites are also using paypal as their money processors for convenience.
